Blue Monday
If you think you're suffering from a regular case of Mondayitis today, think again. It's Blue Monday. Not to be confused with the title of the New Order song (sleeve pictured above), a bunch of wonky researchers in England declared that today, January 22nd, is the unhappiest day of 2007. They cited mounting holiday bills, failed resolutions and crappy weather as the main causes of Mondayitis... how did they know you'd be avoiding your troubles by reading a blog and wishing the weekend wasn't over yet?

Today is the first school monday of the semester, so that doesn't help things.
Well I didn't get much sleep last night so I'm tired and not very motivated today, and we have snow on the ground. I hope Blue Monday goes quickly for us all. :)
I am having a good day. I have been daydreaming of traveling to the Greek Isles..... What could be better than a nice vacation?
And how much money went into that study....?

Yup, I survived and even had the energy last night to go out and buy some presents for a coworker's baby shower! Woo hoo! :)
Hmmm, I've had worse Mondays than yesterday. How can they declare 1/22/07 as the unhappiest day of '07 when there's only been 22 days so far? My monday wasn't too bad & the weather here in N. CA was gorgeous & warm. So I'm not buying it.
